Promote the use of the Twinned Communities for Prosperity model in communities throughout the developed world; 2. Develop systems and establish strategic partnerships that strengthen an organization’s or individual’s capacity to contribute to economic growth in the underdeveloped world; 3. Educate people in the developed world about the needs of the under-developed world, how they can help meet those needs and the outcomes of those needs being met through contributions from the developed world; 4. Operate based on virtual systems and community volunteers to maintain the lowest possible overhead cost.
